Processing

We process all orders within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive an email when your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays or incorrect addresses.

Where we ship to

We ship only to places where the sale and delivery of our products are legal, and we may decline to ship to any address at our discretion. You are responsible for checking the laws where you live.

Adult signature

Because our products are for adults 21 and older, the carrier may require an adult signature on delivery and may check ID. Please make sure someone 21 or older can receive the package.

Address accuracy

Check your address before you place your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you about reshipping, which may cost extra.

Lost or damaged packages
